I have had the worst shopping experience ever at Tessuti Trafford centre. I received a pair of boots for Christmas which were the wrong size. After taking the boots back for a smaller size I was told that was the last pair and I couldn't have a refund or a credit note. Since they were in the sale i had to exchange them for something else that day as the 7 days return policy had expired...
