It all started in 95 when Victor Serna and Xabi Zirikiain opened a store in San Sebastian's port area. Xabi, an industrial engineer who at the time earned a living designing airplane wings, has already gained some notoriety in town as the creator of an ubiquitous daisy-shaped logo. Victor had just finished a degree in business administration and, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, suggested to market that logo as a product. This was the beginning of one of those silly youthful ideas: the creation of a clothes brand.

Loreak Mendian aims to be both a different option and a reference brand in the "street" market. We don't want to be burdened by pigeonholing and we are not blindly following every years trends. We just want to project all our creativity and our lifestyle on the manufacturing of quality clothing.
