Paper Scissor Stone

I stumbled upon this store whilst shopping in Leeds one weekend. It's a very unique store with a hair salon, extensive clothing offer & art store - almost like a mature Urban Outfitters. The store is well laid out and thought has clearly gone into the design - the units are made from stone / wood (paper) / metal - inspired by their name, Paper Scissor Stone. It's quite different to anything I've seen before and very much off the beaten track which makes it all the more intriguing!
I wasn't in the market for Art but was drawn in by the unique selection of artists they had on offer - including Rob Ryan and Si Scott, the price points weren't too bad either (they had prints from £40). Cards were also available featuring smaller designs of the prints sold in store - a nice thought for those not able to splash out on a bigger piece.
The clothing was pretty impressive too, with brands that I hadn't seen in Leeds before including Wood Wood, Sixpack, Opening Ceremony, Won Hundred, Rittenhouse, Pendleton, Emily & Fin... the list goes on. Prices were reasonable, with dresses starting from £45 at the bottom end and increasing to £150 at the top end. Menswear was the same, with tee's starting at £35 and Jackets going up to £300.
Refreshing to see a shop succeeding in doing something different and to see it outside of London! Check out the website if you don't get a chance to visit yourself.
