I ordered a brooch from rarechic two months ago and have not received it. No shipping confirmation, no delivery, and now, when I am requesting a refund, no response from their ONE email address at which you can contact them. I am afraid that they are stealing from me.

Rare Chic's customer service is awful.
I ordered some pants that were well over $200 and they were sent to the wrong address by the company.
I called and e-mailed and they told me it was "fedex's fault" - even though on the tracking - the address was clearly wrong. Pretty soon they started to ignore me and claimed no responsibility on their error.

I have no received the product, nor a refund.

i do not recommend this company. with expensive high quality products - they NEED to have better customer service.
