About Fabienne Chapot

Our adventure began in 2006, when Fabienne Chapot (1981) started Fab.: multi-coloured bags and purses inspired by her travels to Bali, made from high quality leather. Cheerfully rebelling against the settled accessories-industry, the self-taught Fabienne decided to produce her fun and funky accessories on the same Indonesian island. This resulted in a colourful combination of Dutch guts and Balinese craftsmanship. The playful designs with their iconic stitched on hearts, sold at fair prices, have been a fresh breeze in the accessories industry ever since.

And the adventure continues. We are still obsessed with colour, from metallic leather to super soft suede and buttery soft black leather. Animal prints, coloured linings and shiny details are the icing on the cake. A trademark heart shaped key ring is attached to each bag, as a loving symbol of Fab.. Besides the popular bags and wallets with a million-and-one handy pockets, Fab. now also brings you shoes, school accessories, sunglasses, beauty products, diaper bags, and signature scent Fabelle.
