Founded in the mountains of Spain in 2010, Veras is the brainchild of Neil Morris, who originally cut his teeth running UK-based store Drooghi for 10 years. Following the closure of the store in 2007 – Neil upped sticks and moved out to Spain, where he started work with local factories developing and producing a line of shoes named after a local village. This small independent company has since gone from strength to strength and can now be found in premium stores around the globe.
For Autumn Winter 13, Veras have yet again produced another fantastic collection, with many admirers saying is its strongest yet since its birth. Staying true to Veras philosophy and commitment to quality, the range has been constructed by hand, using locally sourced materials in Southern Spain and made by traditional craftsmen with many years’ experience in footwear design and production. Once again, Veras continues to use premium leather and suede in construction with pigskin lining, along with crepe and rubber soles.
