Nothing wrong with this company, imrans review does not make sense and to be honest i have never ever been told or heard that a designer clothing shop would ever turn a customer away for not wearing designer clothing.. Haha. Ludacrist!! Tessutti are good enough to offer you a refund after all of this. Dude really! Let it be

I went in to purchase a outfit for my partner, the range they stock is amazing, i wasnt sure what pair of jeans to go for and the man who helped me decide couldnt of been nicer he help me pick the right fit i needed and they made sure i got the right polo to go with the jeans, my partner was made up, i checked out there website and the range of clothes on there is equally as good, I will be back soon!! Thanks

Hello Imran, it's Mike from Tessuti. I spoke to you on Tuesday afternoon regarding a member of my sales team. I have since further investigated this and have spoken to Simon regarding this matter. Simon informed me that you returned a pair of D&G boots which were sold at a reduced sale price. You returned them on the final day allowed for returns (7 days) and asked to exchange them, however you were unable to find anything suitable in the store. Simon used some common sense and offered a seven day extension, he did not have any authority or permission to do this and could have landed himself in trouble for implementing this gesture of goodwill. You then returned the boots later on that week and asked for a credit note, which again he couldn't do, and eventually you added some cash to the returned item and bought a tracksuit. Simon informs me that he didn't serve you with the tracksuit that you ended up buying and on this basis finds it hard to believe that you were 'forced' into purchasing this item. Simon has worked for me since October 2010 and has been an exemplary member of staff during this period, he has gained 2 100% distinctions in the Trafford centres mystery shopper survey and was nominated as sales person of the year 2011. I know you said that it would end up being my word against yours etc but I honestly find it hard to believe that Simon would knowingly upset anyone. He acted within the boundaries of the law and, as one of the director's of this company I don't see any reason to take this matter any further. I appreciate that your sister in law had a conversation with Simon about a seperate issue but again it would be unfair to investigate this any further as we would find ourselves in a similar position as above. I am sorry to hear that you will not shop with us again and would like to apologise if you feel that you have been unfairly treated. We have been trading for 27 years and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you haven't worn the tracksuit and it still has all the labels intact I will be happy to give you a full refund THIS WAS MY RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT - I SENT THIS EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER TWO DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED THE INITIAL COMPLAINT. THERE HAD BEEN A SWITCH IN SALE TICKETS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE WHICH WE HONOURED TOO !!!!

I have had the worst shopping experience ever at Tessuti Trafford centre. I received a pair of boots for Christmas which were the wrong size. After taking the boots back for a smaller size I was told that was the last pair and I couldn't have a refund or a credit note. Since they were in the sale i had to exchange them for something else that day as the 7 days return policy had expired. I was forced to exchange the boots for something i wouldn't have normally purchased. Whilst i was in the store a couple came in and walked back out. The ladies exact words were "What a load of rubbish!" I wish i could have walked out too but I was stuck with a pair of boots that didn't fit so had to select an alternative from a shop full of appalling clothing. The returns policy is ridiculous so please be warned. Anyway, I thought I would share my experience with family and friends and was shocked to hear my sister had also had a bad experience at Tessuti and stopped shopping there. She was disgusted with the comments of the manager. He said to her if anyone comes into the store and asks to look at an item of clothing he refuses if the customer is not dressed in expensive designer labelled clothing and would refuse to serve anyone he deemed to be dressed in cheap clothing!! She was disgusted by his comments, walked out of the shop and not been back since. After my recent experience I would like to warn customers of the stinking attitude of the manager. I don't normally write reviews but I just don't want anyone else to have the same experience as I have.
