"Shocking not even an apology"
Placed an order for a Polo Ralph Lauren polo, item came in the wrong size, desperately needed it for an event, sent them an email to see if they could send another got a bog standard robotic response 2 days later to say 'Send it back for a refund' from Amy, not once did I even receive an apology. They don't even have a number you can contact. Terrible customer service, will not be ordering again.

Avoid using this company! Poorest customer service I have received ever. No phone number and email enquiries replies random to the questions asked. You only have a selection to click which don't cover what you need. Sizes totally random and have seen dresses disappear and reappear on the site as they don't fit humans! Filthy Vivienne Westwood dress delivered - sent back and went back on the website the next day! Expensive and tatty quality, rags in my opinion. Had to sent 20 emails to fight for a refund!!!

This retailer is very quality and are up to date all the time. They sell better prices and better ranges. I bought a Y3 Cuffed Jogging Bottoms from Van Mildert last week and received it. Excellent selection, good brands with items you dont see at other design stores. Website easy to browse by brand or item to find what you're looking for, with clear photos so you know what you are getting. Very fast delivery - ordered at 2pm and goods arrived at 9am the next day!! Instore service is also excellent, personal, not too pushy, but knowledgable about stock. (I was in the York store on Friday)
