What an awful company

What an awful, awful company. They sent me an item that is the size I ordered but far, far smaller so the shorts do not fit. Baring in mind I took a size guide from their charts, my size for the last ten years.. I have been wearing 32 waist since I was 18, I’m now 28 years of age. They fit like a 36 waist, nowhere near big enough. No refund or exchange offered, just robotic emails telling me I can send them back to only then be informed I cant have a refund when they arrive at Zee and Co. Never have I ever in my life dealt with such an awful company. Do not shop here. Pathetic excuse for a company, please, please do not use Zee and Co if you want respect and good customer service.

Cannot fault, the customer service was spot on and delivery was super quick. Will continue to shop with zee & co.

I always say a company shows their worth when you have a problem. I have bought quite a lot of clothes Zee and Co. and never ever changed anything, other than once for a different size. I purchased an Armani t-shirt RRP £75.00. I haven’t worn it that much (about 5 times) and it has developed a hole just by the stitching where the label goes in at the back. This is quite clearly a fault even though I purchased it 10 months ago. Zee and Co. point blank refused to repair or replace ( I didn’t want a refund) and have been quite rude and short. So there you go as soon as anything goes wrong, they ignore the business you have put past them and are rude. Go somewhere else there are so many retailers selling exactly what they sell. Phoned customer services for advice on sizing before I placed my order, and the lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. The package arrived next day, everything was in perfect condition and well packaged. Great service, will definitely use again.

dont trust this website.

I made an order and after 5 days still nothing. they dont reply to emails, the phone is permenently engaged. There is something very odd going on.. Dont make the same mistake order from somewhere else.
