We are Cat Scourfield (right) and Thuy Laurie Tang (left) and we started nooki design in 2011, after struggling to find the kind of cool, quirky accessories that we wanted to actually use. 15 years experience in the fashion industry, producing accessories for other brands meant that we knew what was required to make the kind of high quality stuff we wanted.
Our bags are the kind of classic shapes that everyone needs is their life. What makes ours unique is our beautiful illustrative prints that have everyone asking where you got it from! We love a bit of metallic (who doesn’t?), either in the leather itself or the print. The bags, clutches and wallets are all screen printed, and our satchels and shoppers are actually screen printed by hand, by us, in our London studio, so each one is slightly different.
2 years, and a lot of gin later, the collection has expanded to include lots of lovely clothing too. We design our clothing based on the kind of things we like wearing – easy shapes and pockets in everything! When you lead a busy life, having clothes in lovely relaxed shapes that have space for your phone makes life better.
