I ordered an Olivia burton watch from Kapok. since they didn’t have stock themselves, they checked with Olivia Burton and they didn’t require me to pay a deposit at that moment. after the watch arrived, they arranged to send me the watch by SF express and i paid them by paypal, which i think it was very convenient.

they are friendly and nice in answering enquiries and i think the overall shopping experience is quite good 🙂

I’ve bought an artwork at Kapok. The communication was perfect. Questions were answered very quickly and the customer service was perfect. I immediately got some picture of the print after request. After a few days, i already had received my artwork in germany. Fantastic!!! Thank you, Kapok!!!

this is probably one of the coolest stores in Hong Kong. The “curator” Arnault, the sweetest French guy in Hong Kong, has incredible taste, bringing in the coolest fashion and home accessories together in one place.
