Kapok focus on designers and brands whose work reflects their own attitude towards quality craftsmanship and creativity in design. Carrying a well-edited selection of international and local brands, kapok has become well known for introducing emerging exclusive brands to Hong Kong. Established in 2006, kapok has expanded into 2 locations in Hong Kong with the introduction of a cafe / gallery space in January 2010, and a third location in Montreal in September 2010. Each shop provides a unique roof under which people in the community can meet and find inspiring quality goods.

"good shopping experience "

I ordered an Olivia burton watch from Kapok. since they didn't have stock themselves, they checked with Olivia Burton and they didn't require me to pay a deposit at that moment. after the watch arrived, they arranged to send me the watch by SF express and i paid them by paypal, which i think it was very convenient. they are friendly and nice in answering enquiries and i think the overall shopping experience is quite good :)

"TOP SHOP / THANK YOU!!!!"

I've bought an artwork at Kapok. The communication was perfect. Questions were answered very quickly and the customer service was perfect. I immediately got some picture of the print after request. After a few days, i already had received my artwork in germany. Fantastic!!! Thank you, Kapok!!!

antony you made my day Thru email, customercare service sent me photos of products not available online, give me much more details than expected, they manage to send me products to a local adress therefor my order is done from France, shopping this way is like having a good time. go and visit them, you won't regret

this is probably one of the coolest stores in Hong Kong. The "curator" Arnault, the sweetest French guy in Hong Kong, has incredible taste, bringing in the coolest fashion and home accessories together in one place. knowledgeable staff, cool location and great music is a plus. this is my fav store in hk!
