"Worst customer support ever"

Worst customer support ever and this is coming from a once loyal SVD customer. Placed an order for adidas x naked ultraboost. Paid normally, everything looked fine. Today I received an email about cancelation of my order and refund. This of course means I lost every other release and I had to take the L. Their only response was "we're sorry, we can't do not even offering a discount on a next purchase. Thumbs down SVD, you just lost a customer.

"The worst customer service"

My experience with Savasdelcalzo is easily the worst customer experience of my life. Not only did they cancel my order after they had charged me. They also insulted me, called me a liar and then refused to give me to give me a full refund. Only use this site if you like getting ripped off and insulted.
