About Cruise
Established in Edinburgh in 1981, Cruise has grown from its first store selling cutting-edge designer menswear, to a collection of highly successful and influential designer boutiques specialising in high end fashion products for men and women.
Cruise is now recognised as one of the uk’s leading independent luxury retailers with a fantastic reputation for iconic international designer collections, directional street-led fashion and premium denim brands.
Our stores are contemporary style galleries, offering the season’s most coveted fashion products for men and women. Each boutique has its own personality and tailored brand mix, to reflect the individuality of our cities and the customers who shop there.
Like our clients, our staff are on trend and in style, offering an unrivalled level of personalised customer service. Fashion savvy and knowledgeable about the brands and products we stock, they are committed to delivering the ultimate shopping experience to our diverse, discerning customer base.

Latest Cruise Reviews
Worst customer service
They sent the wrong item.
Further customer service is the worst.
Avoid at all costs. Cruise and Flannels. Stick to the pro's like END, Oki Ni, Matches & Mr Porter!
Ridiculous amateur service on two occasions. One from Cruise and one from Flannels, they are operated by the same cowboys, J.D Sports or Sports Direct.
1. Bought a pair of trainers from Flannels on-line, money left my account. TWO weeks later received an automated email saying they were out of stock. TWO MONTHS later received my refund. No apology, no actual customer communication. Utter garbage.
2. Bought a pair of trainers for full price on-line from Cruise only to have them delivered with a sale ticket on them showing a £130 discount. I understand stores have separate pricing on-line and in-store but leaving the sale price on was taking the piss. Emailed to complain but no acknowledgement of the mistake or poor customer service, they just wanted them back for a refund minus my return postage. No wonder Cruise is always going bust, bankrupt and into liquidation. So many rumours that they are heavy into tax fraud so one to avoid. It’s gone downhill since it was sold to J.D Sports or Sports Direct.
Stick to Mr Porter, Oki Ni, END, Matches, Browns and Luisaviaroma.

slowepoke customer service.
After payment i never received even confirmation letter from this shop. I wrote the 10-20 letter from different boxes and received no reply. Opened a claim in paypal and only then they provided a tracking number. Avoid this store – with such customer service quality it is useless.
Cruise Review
Really good sales at this website, I got a Dolce & Gabbana coat for half price and delivery was flexible so I could re-arrange for when I was in! Good range of products, everything from top end designers to Hugo Boss and good range of sizes and styles over other websites
Will be back!
Cruise Review
Do not use these rip off merchants – With have given a 0 rating if I could. Items listed on site are out of stock yet they list them as in stock – they refuse to give my money back after cancelling my order – Having to go through PayPal as a fraud case to get my money back
