Jules B has been dressing the stylish men and women of the North for over 25 years. The first Jules B opened in the leafy suburb of Jesmond just outside the city centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. Since more Jules B and Conservatory stores have opened in the North East as well as Yarm, an affluent market town in North Yorkshire, and Kendal in the stunning Lake District area of Cumbria – all of which have become prestigious shopping destinations catering for an elite clientele of fashion devotees.
At Jules B our attention to detail extends throughout the stores – from brand selection and shop decor, to the packaging of your purchase. We also pride ourselves on personalised customer service – in-store and online – which is bespoke to the individual needs of the customer. I took advantage of the recent free world wide shipping offer (thanks Fashionsauce for the heads up!), and obtained a Gian Carlo Rossi wool coat that was half price.
The coat arrived in Australia within 5 days, and was beautifully wrapped and packed into a Jules B box that more than protected the coat for the journey.
I would only buy when there is a free shipping promotion on as £32 delivery to Australia is far too much considering most stores offer shipping for approx £20.

Jules B isn’t a bad site however I do find that once you go into look at the offering of a particular brand the site has trouble bringing up the designers list which means the user has to rely on the back button a lot to keep going back to the main designers listing page.
In terms of customer service, I once contact the team to get some assistance with sizing for a coat as it was listed in the Italian sizing. The response was fairly generic and didn’t give me any real assistance. As such I didn’t buy from them in the end. I found that to be disappointing considering I wanted to buy a £350 coat.
