I ordered something from the American branch. I have been ordering stuff from American outlets for 20 years without a problem till now. The site says delivery to the uk is 3 to 5 days which is is line with the other stores Inuse. However the transportation costs were 3 times higher than I would expect to pay. The item has still not turned up 2 and a half weeks later. I contacted them via chat and 2as accused of being a liar in saying that it said on their own site when the delivery would take place. Once zI had done this it exposed them for the liars they truly are. Their customer care skills are non existent, they are rude, patronising and their service at the end of the day is a complete and utter shower of shit. Avoid using this store at all costs, they have no place in the trading place of the 21st Century and the sooner they go bust, as they surely will, with people management skills like that, then hopefully somebody customer focussed will step in rather than the 3 idiots I spoke to today whose first inclination was to treat me like a shoplifter when I had a genuine grievance which wasn’t addressed at the beginning and astonishingly remains entirely unaddressed. Scum of the Earth.
