Stuarts London Review
For anyone with even the remotest interest in the casual movement and the associated terrace culture, Stuarts London is nothing short of legendary. Yes, the shop may be steeped in history, but the business has been careful to move with the times remaining as relevant as ever to those seeking great looking, credible designer menswear of the highest quality.
From heritage sportswear brands like Ellesse, Lacoste, Slazenger and Fred Perry to more formal labels such as John Smedley, J Lindberg and Gibson. Stuarts offers a range of stock surpassing its competitors thus ensuring people are still willing to travel from far and wide in order to visit them, just as they did by the bus load back in the 1980s! Thankfully for those us outside London, you can simply access their website in order to receive their excellent service wherever you are.
My first in-person visit to the shop came when I snuck away from a conference at Earls Court in order to pay them a long awaited visit. I felt like a kid in a toy store and thoroughly enjoyed spending some time browsing through the shop and chatting to their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Since then the shop has been renovated and appears to look even better than ever.
In summary, Stuarts is an absolute gem and whilst I can get whatever I want from their website, I’ll always try to pop in whenever I’m in London.
Keep up the great work guys.
Stuarts London Review
For those haven’t come across Stuarts London yet then you really missing out big time. The store has just been re-done , looks amazing although the it looked good before too. I am a fan of Heritage Research and Oliver Spencer, Stuarts stocks these in a good quantity. But I do warn you all the staff are really good at their job, not pushy but just know how to treat a customer, so if your going down for a trip your more than likely gonna damage the bank balance a bit, there is just tooo much choice…
Keep up the good work lads 🙂
