Founded and operated by the Molteni family for over five decades, the philosophy behind Tessabit from the outset has been to provide high quality clothing and accessories from around the globe, to its consumers. With 13 stores sited throughout the city and all set against the stunning natural backdrop of Lake Como, the Molteni family continues to showcase and deliver the best in contemporary fashion, from cult and emerging labels to renowned designer lines.
Beautiful Lake Como is one of the largest lakes in Lombardy’s lake district and one of the deepest in Europe, with the bottom more than 200 metres below sea-level. The lake shores, set against a stunning Alpine landscape, are well-known for the large and sumptuous villas, some dating back to the Sixteenth Century, that often play host to the world’s jet-set. Como’s mild, almost Mediterranean climate means that the terraced gardens that surround these properties have a beautiful and exotic allure.
