I’ve never experienced customer service like I have from End. It was awful. End seems like a great store full of great merchandise, but when you’re spending $350 on a pair of shoes you should be treated like a million dollars. I am a female who live in the United States and I recently purchased a pair of shoes from them called “Woman by Common Projects”. I have been looking everywhere for these shoes in my size (a US women’s size 9). Finally I thought I had found them. Based on the fact the size chart only listed the conversion I was led to believe a UK 8 was a US 9 in women’s, because the shoe was again called “Woman by Common Projects”. I hurry and ordered the shoe. It arrived and it was a men’s size 9. Looking at the return policy I didn’t mind taking the shoe and returning it until I found out it would cost me anywhere from “$84-$110″. So I emailed End telling them about the mistake and when ever I talked to someone they addressed me in a rude manner. Telling me there was nothing they could do, although it was their fault for not specifying that it was converted to men’s sizes. One person told me ” Woman by Common Projects is just slimmer then usual” how was I supposed to know that? I don’t work for End or Common Projects. I just wanted the shoe in my size finally. They took 2 days to respond to my e-mail, and they offered no help what so ever. End is an awful store who treats their customers horribly. I would never recommend buying from this store.

i purchased an Eastpak backpack on Thursday afternoon and it arrives on Friday morning! The site navigation is also user friendly and they have a lot of good deals during sales. Overall I am more than happy with my purchase.

Easy to navigate, clear images and now even more detail on sizing info. With an ever increasing brand list its good to go and check on a regular basis.
