A great website, it has partnerships with a large number of the best boutiques in the world. And you order from multiple boutiques with only one shipping fee for the whole order.

Ordered a pair of boots. They had no issues charging my debit card, but then contacted me to tell me that they “couldn’t verify some of my payment details” (which has never, ever happened before. Hello, it is my debit card) and I needed to do a bank transfer. EXTREMELY QUESTIONABLE

NEVER NEEDED ID FOR BUYING ANYTHING ON ANY OTHER SITES LET ALONE BUYING TROUSERS

They are sooo rude and dishonest. I returned something only because it didn’t fot within their return guidelines and they are saying they will only give me store credit. When you pay so much for an item it is ridiculous to only get a store credit. With no phone number and overseas its a scam. I’d rather pay more and get it from a reputable store – buyers beware!!

The absolute WORST on line shopping experience i have ever had.. I ordered a pair of shoes coming from LA to SF – no too far. These beautiful wooden platforms arrived wrapped in tissue and tossed into a soft pack (no box). When they arrived to me the wood was banged and scratched and they looked as if they had been previously worn. No packing slip – no receipt – nothing enclosed just the shoes taped in a plastic shipping sack. Customer service did answer that they did not have another pair in my sized and offered me instructions on how to return for a refund but turns out that I am responsible to pay the return shipping. I am a seasoned on-line luxury customer and I will NEVER use this site again. AVOID or beware!!
